A St. Louis County man pulled over during a traffic stop was found to have in his possession a large amount of THC vape pens. The client was looking at possession with intent to distribute, a class B felony. Combs Waterkotte was able to keep the case in municipal court, as opposed to state court, where the client paid a minor fine for littering.
