Combs Waterkotte represented a Wentzville man on one count of felony stealing in St. Charles County Circuit Court. The state alleged that our client, along with a co-defendant, stole another individual’s credit card and made multiple purchases totaling approximately $1,800.00. After negotiations with the prosecutor, the state agreed to amend the case to a misdemeanor and grant probation. Our client’s co-defendant, whom our firm did not represent, pleaded guilty to the original felony charge and was given a 4-year suspended prison sentence.
