Combs Waterkotte represented a St. Louis County man on one count of endangering the welfare of a child. The prosecution alleged that our client put his children at risk due to “filthy and unsanitary living conditions” at his home, known hazards such as broken doors and windows, exposed electrical wires, and “large amounts” of trash and debris throughout the home. After a trial, our client was found not guilty.
