2nd Degree Domestic Assault

A St. Louis County man was charged with domestic assault in the second degree, a class C felony. While the case was pending, the client was charged with kidnapping in the second degree and another count of felony domestic assault. After a comprehensive review of the evidence and plea negotiations, Combs Waterkotte was able to secure a dismissal for the kidnapping and domestic assault and the client received probation on original charges.
