Combs Waterkotte represented a Fenton, MO juvenile in Franklin County Circuit Court on two felony charges of child endangerment and felony fleeing the scene of a lawful stop. The police attempted to stop our client while he had two young children in his car in a park after hours and he drove away from the police at speeds of upwards of 130 mph. Our client received probation.
