A St. Louis County man was allegedly in a hurry and was cited by the Missouri State Highway Patrol because “Driver Was Traveling in Excess of 100 MPH, Failing to Signal, and Made Multiple Abrupt Unsafe Lane Changes, Nearly Causing a Crash.” Mr. Combs secured a deal of Illegal Parking and a $300 fine on the first court appearance with no other conditions.
