Combs Waterkotte represented a Miami, Florida man on one county of felony drug possession in St. Louis County Circuit Court. The state alleged our client was seen on casino video surveillance dropping a bag of cocaine on the casino floor. When questioned by law enforcement, our client admitted that the cocaine was his. Ultimately, we obtained a favorable plea deal in which the felony drug possession charge was reduced to a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia charge. Our client was sentenced to a fine of $500. No jail, no probation, no community service, and no drug classes.
