A St. Louis City man was charged with possession of heroin. Combs Waterkotte drafted and filed a motion to suppress evidence based upon lack of probable cause. At a suppression hearing, after the cross-examination of the arresting officer, the Judge agreed with the Combs Waterkotte argument and suppressed all evidence, forcing the state to dismiss the case.
