A St. Louis County man renting a U-Haul trailer was allegedly involved in a multi-thousand dollar accident where he subsequently fled the scene. The defendant, in this case, had multiple professional licenses, including a law license and financial licenses. Combs Waterkotte, through tough and strong negotiations, was able to reduce the felony to misdemeanor property damage with no conviction on the man’s record.
